A boutique set in the historic building of Petrovsky Passage in the very centre of Moscow. The purpose of the space was the sale of refined interior pieces for the large residences of the Russian capital.

The aim was to create a boutique of world-famous fashion brands, managed by Excelsior Fashion Group, inside an abandoned building known as TSUM in the centre of Krasnodar: four floors and 3,000 square metres.

There was no doubt that the ground floor of the PALAZZO 46 development should be given over to food and drink; choosing the character of the venue was harder. A branded restaurant, a coffee house, a canteen and a bakery were all considered.

Any large undertaking begins with a concept. This project set us an unusual task: to plan the refurbishment of an existing five-storey shopping centre and then fill it with delicatessens, bars, cafés and restaurants across different price segments, zoned floor by floor.
