Palazzo Wellness
In developing the concept for the ground floor of the PALAZZO 46 development, the main drawback was the absence of natural light.
It was decided to place a spa and a gym in these spaces, aimed at the business and premium segments.
The absence of windows was compensated by a range of design solutions and devices.
The spa interior was designed so that, despite being right in the city centre, nothing from the outside world distracts the visitor: they rest and lose all sense of time and place.
The compact but functional gym was designed in the building’s overall style.
In time it became clear that the choice of use for these spaces, and their segmentation, had been the right decision.
