Turnkey
The turnkey formula gives the client a single point of contact, responsible for the design, the construction and the furnishing alike. That person is also accountable for interpreting the client’s wishes correctly, from the design stage and throughout the works.
It is what every client dreams of: to deal with nothing but financing and financial oversight until the moment they can start using their home or their business premises.
In practice this is a double advantage for the client: they deal with a single representative during the design stage, divided into three parts, and then continue with the same person through construction and furnishing.

According to clause 4.1 of the Russian standard GOST R 57363-2016, this is the activity aimed at achieving the goals of an investment and construction project — from forming the investment intent, selecting land or properties, engineering surveys and pre-design and design preparation, through to construction, reconstruction or major refurbishment and handover into use.
project management in furnishing and procurement
This term is not defined in current legislation. The process consists of coordinating the purchase of finishes, doors, sanitary ware, building services equipment (heating and air conditioning), furniture, bespoke furniture, lighting, appliances and interior textiles. Suppliers, orders, goods and transport logistics are coordinated, which makes it possible to control payments, substitutions, delivery dates, invoices and receipts.
MORO DESIGN develops the project and oversees it from beginning to end, resolving any technical, logistical or organisational issue during construction and delivery.
It is important not to confuse construction and procurement management with design supervision. Under clause 3.1 of the Russian code SP 246.1325800.2016, design supervision is the process by which the author of the documentation checks that the works follow it.
This means that design supervision solves nothing: it merely makes it possible to spot problems during construction. Project management, by contrast, helps to find weak points and problems, resolve them and keep the works on schedule.
