Palazzo Office
Office space was proposed for the second floor of the PALAZZO 46 development.
Since the building previously had a different use, the layout of its services was entirely unsuited to the new spaces — a particular problem for class A offices.
Every question was worked through with the engineers and solutions were found that allowed the building to be adapted to contemporary use.
The office interior turned out contemporary, bright and functional. Its 615 m² accommodate a waiting area and reception, an open space, a comfortable director’s office, meeting rooms, a lounge and a kitchen.
The company that would lease the office was identified while the design was still in progress.
