Palazzo Prestige

PRESTIGE is one of three apartments in the PALAZZO 46 development. The brief was to create an ergonomic, functional interior that would be on trend yet have its own distinct character, different from what the premium property market currently offers.

It was a demanding brief: the apartment was to be sold fully finished and completely furnished, with lighting and decor included.

The city’s property market was analysed and numerous consultations with brokers were held. The trends and expectations of buyers at this level of housing were identified. It emerged that the share of collectible de luxe properties on the Russian market is extremely small, yet demand for them persists despite the unstable economic situation.

On the basis of this in-depth analysis a design was developed that met the investor’s return requirements and took the planned investment into account.

Living room, dining room and kitchen are perfectly divided into functional zones: a large reception area, with sofas and armchairs scattered both there and throughout the living room, creates corners for conversation or reading. The bedrooms in the “night zone” are designed like suites in a five-star hotel. A spacious bathroom is paired with generous, functional wardrobes.
