Design Algorithm Application

Design Algorithm Application

A digital platform for managing design projects. The project aims to bring designers, architects, decorators, suppliers and end clients together in a single digital ecosystem.

What challenges do the participants face?

Clients

an opaque budget, missed deadlines, no clear calculations

Designers

manual estimates, loss of control over project stages

Suppliers

inaccurate briefs, delays in approving quantities

Conclusion

the lack of a single digital tool uniting all participants

Why is it a revolution?

1

Russia’s first digital assistant for designers

2

Algorithm + visualisation: precise calculations made clear

3

An ecosystem bringing clients, designers and suppliers into one space

Budget

the cornerstone of the project. Control through an illustrated estimate reflecting the scope of works at every stage: from concept to turnkey handover.

How it works

1

Costs made visible through illustrations and diagrams

2

Automated calculations based on precise algorithms

3

A single space for communication between participants

How it works

Key platform features

Project management

Task calendar, milestones, notifications

Illustrated estimates

Costing with photo and graphic explanations

Supplier database

Integration with catalogues of materials and services

Communication

Chat for clients, designers and contractors

Reporting

Automatic budget and schedule summaries

Results of implementation

For business

40% less time spent preparing estimates 60% fewer calculation errors Greater client loyalty thanks to transparency

For clients

The budget is clear here and now Fewer unforeseen costs

Results of implementation

Design Algorithm Application is a new standard for managing design projects — a real revolution in the interior design and architecture industry.

The algorithm has five stages: the first three belong to design, the last two to delivery.

Author of the idea

The Design Algorithm Application digital platform was developed by the architect Pierangelo Moro in 2018 and used privately as an internal system for the staff and clients of the Moro Design studio. It is expected to become publicly available by the end of 2026.

The platform is expected to become publicly available by the end of 2026.

To use the platform one must complete a dedicated online course at Design Algorithm Academy.
